TJ’S WAY CHARITABLE TRUST is a trust set up in memory of Teresa Jayne Maxwell (TJ) who was killed in a tragic road accident while on a working holiday in Adelaide, Australia on the 25 November 2006.

Teresa was a passionate young gymnast who put her heart and soul into coaching young girls and being the ultimate team player. Teresa was a fun, happy, carefree person who was always a joy to be around. She was a jokester, a friend, a sister, a coach and much much more. She was loved by all who were surrounded by her, whether this be in the gym, at the bars or home with friends and family. She took her Gymnastics seriously it was her absolute passion and she poured her heart and soul into, becoming a better gymnast and coach. She also put everything into making the girls she coached grow each day into better, confident gymnasts.

We strongly believe that every child should have the opportunity to participate in extra curricular activities. We hope that the children that we sponsor will apply the same focus needed for gymnastics into all areas of their life.
